Deepening Quality Management Through Continuous Improvement

This award-winning project focused on improving the appearance quality of engineering plastics (PK). Based on actual production conditions, the team carried out continuous adjustments, data validation, and systematic problem analysis to put improvement measures into practice.
From raw material formulation and melt extrusion to pelletizing, molding, packaging, and storage, every stage of plastic pellet production reflects the team’ s commitment to quality. It was the repeated adjustment of parameters on the production line, the repeated validation of data in the laboratory, and the systematic review of issues during team meetings that enabled the “Appearance Improvement Project for Engineering Plastics (PK)” to earn recognition at this competition.
