WDF to Exhibit at the 2026 Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition)

October 13–16, 2026 | Hall of Future Industries, Level 3, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre | Booth GH-G01.

The 2026 Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 13 to 16.

This year, the fair will introduce the “Hall of Future Industries” for the first time, focusing on five key areas: Future Computing, Future Manufacturing, Future Ocean and Quantum Technologies, Future Microelectronics, and Future Health and Living. The event is expected to bring together more than 3,200 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions, showcasing a range of cutting-edge technologies and application solutions.

For this exhibition, WDF will join a delegation of companies organized by the Kunshan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology to exhibit in Hong Kong. Together with other Kunshan enterprises, WDF will showcase industrial innovation achievements and leverage Hong Kong’s international platform to further expand opportunities for engagement with overseas markets, industry partners, and end-user applications.

Exploring Material Application Needs in Future Industries

As industries such as electronic information, intelligent manufacturing, and robotics continue to develop, material performance requirements are becoming increasingly specific. From smart terminals to robots, and from new energy vehicles to low-altitude aircraft, lightweighting, wear resistance, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and processing adaptability are all important factors to consider in material selection.

These expanding and increasingly specialized application scenarios also place higher demands on material suppliers’ modification and application development capabilities.

WDF: From Materials to Applications

WDF specializes in the R&D, modification, production, and application development of high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastics. With polyketone (PK) materials as its differentiated core, and customized functional materials and sustainable materials as its two pillars, WDF has established an integrated material platform built around “One Core, Two Pillars.” Based on customers’ actual application requirements, WDF provides technical support throughout material selection, formulation design, sample validation, and processing optimization.

At this exhibition, WDF will showcase material products and application solutions across the following three areas.

01 INNOKETONE® Polyketone Materials (Core)

PK (polyketone) is a linear, semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic formed by the alternating copolymerization of carbon monoxide, ethylene, and propylene. Its high crystallinity and tightly packed molecular structure give PK materials excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, dimensional stability, low VOC emissions, and high barrier properties, offering broad application potential across numerous industries.

WDF’s INNOKETONE® polyketone materials address requirements such as wear resistance and noise reduction, low warpage, flame retardancy, high modulus, low-temperature toughness, and dimensional stability. The exhibition will highlight applications of modified PK materials in robot operating components, precision structural parts, and functional components for intelligent equipment.

02 Customized Functional Materials (Pillar)

Addressing the varying requirements for material performance, reliability, and processing adaptability across different application scenarios, WDF provides customized solutions covering material selection, formulation development, performance optimization, and mass production implementation.

With specialty engineering plastics as the focus, engineering plastics as a complement, and commodity plastics as a supplement, WDF meets the demand for functional materials across different products and application scenarios.

03 SustainX® Sustainable Materials (Pillar)

Focusing on recycled materials, bio-based materials, and other verified low-carbon material options, WDF develops products to address requirements for material performance, batch consistency, source traceability, and regulatory compliance. These solutions support customers in advancing resource recycling, sustainable product design, and product carbon emissions reduction.
