At the beginning of the new year, WDF organized a three-day comprehensive training program to help all employees quickly transition from “holiday mode” back to “work mode,” laying a solid foundation for the orderly execution of the company’s 2026 objectives.
This training program served not only as a mobilization initiative for the resumption of work and production but also as a company-wide capability enhancement program. Covering key topics including quality, compliance, safety, corporate culture, and professional skills, the training featured comprehensive content delivered through a well-structured schedule in both online and offline formats, fully demonstrating WDF’s commitment and investment in high-quality development.
02 Safety First, Building a Strong Defense Line
Production safety has always been the lifeline of enterprise development. It is a red line that must never be crossed and a fundamental principle that must always be upheld. The period following the Chinese New Year holiday is often associated with elevated safety risks during the resumption of work and production. WDF therefore conducted systematic safety training and fire emergency drills to strengthen employees’ capabilities in risk identification and emergency response, while encouraging everyone to overcome the complacency and lack of focus often associated with the post-holiday period, ensuring that both attendance and attention return to the workplace.
By reinforcing safety responsibilities and reviewing operating procedures, WDF further embedded the safety mindset into every aspect and every detail of its operations, preventing and mitigating potential risks at the source and ensuring that all work proceeds safely, efficiently, and in an orderly manner.

In the areas of quality and compliance, the company delivered systematic training covering quality awareness, compliance fundamentals, and information security, further aligning employees’ understanding and strengthening the foundation of management. Through renewed communication of process standards and institutional requirements, WDF reinforced employees’ sense of responsibility and risk awareness, encouraging standardized operations to become part of everyday practice and providing stronger institutional support for sustainable business operations.Based on practical business needs, specialized training was also provided to relevant departments on laboratory testing, production processes, and injection molding, enhancing professional capabilities, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and providing stronger technical support for successful project execution.
As the company continues to grow, WDF has welcomed many new employees since 2025. This year’s training therefore placed significant emphasis on the inheritance of the company’s culture and core values. Through systematic presentations on WDF’s corporate culture and development history, both new and existing employees gained a deeper understanding of the company’s mission, vision, values, and quality policy, strengthening their sense of belonging and team cohesion. Shared values form the cornerstone of sustainable corporate development, enabling employees to move forward together with common purpose.
The comprehensive training program not only provided new employees with a solid foundation and helped them integrate into the team more quickly but also offered experienced employees an opportunity to review and reinforce their understanding of company processes and corporate culture, further enhancing the organization’s overall capabilities.
At the conclusion of the training, all participants completed a comprehensive assessment to review and reinforce what they had learned.
